Better Primary Colors

Green was feeling a little left out so I kicked out blue today and put green in today! I really enjoy drinking juice in the morning, especially green juice because I know it’s loaded with protein, vitamins, and minerals that aren’t necessarily found in other colored juices. In the green corner, we have our very own delicious recipe that you must try for yourselves. In the red corner, I decided beets needed to get into action so I created this awesome carrot, apple, beet drink that will help clean my blood and give me the energy I need for the day. In the yellow corner (looks more green than yellow) I’ve got my wholesome cantaloupe juice. I enjoy juicing fruits by themselves at times to give myself a “mono meal” which is a meal containing only one fruit or vegetable so my body only has to digest 1 thing at a time.

These juices were SO tasty and I can’t wait to see what tomorrow will bring. I will have to add our fantastic blue juice soon so that blue doesn’t feel left out! 🙂

    Thanks for sharing these! I found that red coloring also comes from making a fuji apple and red collard juice. I made that for my wife this morning. 🙂
