I have a feeling Fruit Hunters is NOT going to post my review on their website so I’m posting it here too.

I pre-ordered a Monstera Deliciosa from Fruit Hunters in January 2025 and didn’t receive it until September 2025. I understand certain fruits are seasonal, but when I contacted them in April, they assured me it would be harvested in May. Four months later, the fruit finally arrived—and it makes sense why it tasted rotten.

The flavor was extremely disappointing. I’ve seen countless videos describing this fruit as a mix of strawberry, pineapple, and banana, which justified the $60 price tag in my mind. Instead, just a few days after arrival, the scales began falling off and the first bite tasted like spoiled pineapple. This is clearly not the experience customers should be paying for.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. I reached out on five separate occasions via both email and Instagram and never received a single response. Being ignored after spending this much money is unacceptable.

Overall, this was a waste of money and time. Poor quality product, misleading expectations, and absolutely zero customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Fruit Hunters.

Basically, “if we don’t like what you wrote, we won’t show it on our website.”

So, please keep this in mind when ordering fruit from Fruit Hunters. Good luck!
