  • Carrots – (not peeled)
  • Apples – (juice with seeds)
  • Pears – (juice hard pears)
  • Oranges – (peel, keep white flesh)
  • Tangerines – (peel, keep white flesh)
  • Watermelon – (with rind, washed)
  • Honeydew – (with rind, washed)
  • Cantaloupe – (with rind, washed)
  • Peaches – (without pit)
  • Mangoes – (without pit/seed, no skin)

  • 3 fuji apples
  • 4 handfuls spinach
  • 2 leaves kale (with stem)
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 tbsp ginger


  • Put all ingredients into your juicer!
