  • Juicer (I use a Breville)


  • 3 fuji apples
  • 4 handfuls spinach
  • 2 leaves kale (with stem)
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 tbsp ginger


  • Put all ingredients into your juicer!
