Post Workout Smoothie - Chocolate Banana Spinach

Deliciously sweet, chocolate banana smoothie is full of vitamins and nutrients. It makes a really great post-workout meal!

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 handfuls spinach
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate, plant based protein I used Vivolife Raw Cacao
  • 4 medjool dates (without pits)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground or whole)
  • 2 large, frozen bananas

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender (vitamix) until smooth. Drink immediately!
