This recipe is quick. It’s also delicious.

To make this post short and sweet, like this granola recipe (sweet), here’s all that’s needed:

  1. 3 cups oatmeal
  2. 1/3 cup agave nectar
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  4. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp. salt
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients, spread evenly and bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Add chopped fruit or nuts. Stores in sealed container for about 2 weeks.

I love adding this granola on top of my smoothie bowls, eating it plain, or serving it as cereal.

I'm not your typical social-media guy. I don't have washboard abs, I don't live on a beach, and I don't always eat a smoothie bowl for breakfast. However, I love sharing insights & tips for those interested in going plant-based!
