Post Workout Smoothie - Chocolate Banana Spinach
Deliciously sweet, chocolate banana smoothie is full of vitamins and nutrients. It makes a really great post-workout meal!
Equipment
- High-speed blender
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy or almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ice
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate, plant based protein I used Vivolife Raw Cacao
- 4 medjool dates (without pits)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground or whole)
- 2 large, frozen bananas
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender (vitamix) until smooth. Drink immediately!
