
Smoothie - Daily Dozen
This is one jam-packed smoothie. Hemp seeds, dates, bananas, blueberries, spinach, and so much more!
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 medjool dates (no pits)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- A few black pepper corns
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Drink immediately (so the fruit/vegetables don't oxidate)!
Notes
I'll admit I love drinking green smoothies. However, even though this smoothie is loaded with a TON of good stuff, the color of it can be distracting. If you prefer a "green" smoothie, you could replace the blueberries with a 1/4 tsp of Amla powder or mangoes for the extra antioxidants.
